Four Walls Career and Technical Education Center opened at 1125 Neal Street NE in the Holy Name Parish Center and has new signage out on the school. Their website lists their mission statement as:

“… to provide unemployed and underemployed District of Columbia residents with basic literacy skills, employ-ability skills, and career and technical education as a means of increasing self-sufficiency and improving quality of life. Educational services provide students with opportunities to :

• Meet college matriculation requirement
• Prepare for the GED
• Integrate academic skills with career vocational skills
• Use technology to enhance learning
• Receive extra support from mentors
• Benefit from strong links between the School and post-secondary institutions
• Participate in apprenticeship programs
• Develop life skills for long-term success
• Create experiences to participate in employment and entrepreneurship
