Trinidad Crafting Salon with Demos

What is paper marbling? How do you make books? Join the third Trinidad Crafting Salon on Monday, June 13th at 7:00 pm to explore these crafts, work on portable projects you have started, or converse with creative neighbors. Two of our community members will be holding demonstrations of paper marbling and book making at this event so you can observe and/or try at hand at the process.

paper marbling 2Trinidad Crafting Salon at the Logan Fringe Arts Space (1358 Florida Avenue NE) is an open creative space whether you are interested in paper crafts including card making, stamping or scrapbooking; fiber arts like knitting, crocheting, or sewing; painting; drawing; making collages; photography or film-making; woodworking; writing; or any other craft. Join a group of like-minded creative neighbors at series of Craft Salons to nurture your creative side.

All are welcome and the events are free and open to the public. There book making 2are beverages available for purchase at the Fringe bar. Please share and invite your neighbors and anyone else interested in a creative space for an informal gathering to exchange ideas. See the Capital Fringe website for additional
