The Commission held a special meeting on July 3rd where they unanimously approved minutes from the January through May meetings. While approval of the minutes had been discussed at many previous meetings, the commissioners were not able to come to a consensus. The following letter was sent to constituents along with copies of the approved minutes. They are worth reading through. The May meeting minutes are particularly interesting.
